I am going to begin to post more as our market is very active while inventory levels remain low.<\/p>\n<p>Normally, October is a slower sales month for Vancouver Real Estate. For those of you who like statistics, I wanted to share a Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver video that focuses on the stats and brings a little clarity as to where the market is going based on simply a supply and demand analysis.
